Working Towards
a Brighter Future

Sustainable change for our communities

It's important to have good relationships with your host communities in order to succeed. MPRDA requires mining companies to submit Social and Labour Plans (SLPs) for approval by the Department of Minerals Resources (DMR) as conditions to operate. Our company has invested a lot of time into developing these plans so we can positively impact our community, its economy, and children. It is essential for businesses to maintain good relationships with their local communities in order to ensure continued growth.

To make it much easier for everyone involved, our company has made significant investments in developing social and labour plans (SLPs). These plans help us determine the best way to collaborate with our local community on the development of projects while safeguarding the rights of all stakeholders. We take pride in being a responsible social corporate citizen who partners with communities so that they share in our success
